Darren Henderson is a Scottish footballer, who was born in Kilmarnock on 12 October 1966. He made over 500 appearances in the Scottish Football League over a 21 year Senior career and is currently the manager of Ayrshire Junior side Glenafton Athletic. In his first managerial role at Junior level he led Dalry Thistle to promotion and the Semi-finals of the Scottish Junior Cup. Prior to this he was at Cumnock Juniors where he hooked up with former colleagues from Ayr United and Stenhousemuir.
